Once you have added all desired products to your quote list, click on the quote icon to enter the ‘Request Quote’ page. Review your selected products and click ‘Send Your Request’ to submit your quote request.
After submitting your quote request, our team will review it and calculate the total amount, including product prices, shipping costs, tariffs if applicable, and other necessary fees. We will then send a detailed quotation to your email.
You can click the ‘Accept’ button in the quotation email or in the quote panel of your account page. This will generate an order record. During the order submission procedure, you can select your preferred payment method.
Yes, before submitting your quote request, you can modify it by adding or removing products, updating quantities, and making other necessary changes. Once the quote is accepted and a new order is generated, you cannot change the products and quantities. If you need to modify the order, please contact customer support as soon as possible.
We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Detailed payment instructions will be provided in the quotation email.
Our team typically reviews and processes quote requests within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email with the detailed quotation once it is ready.
